Job summary

RINA is seeking an Instrumentation and Control Engineer to join its Plant Engineering Division. The role involves leading projects, coordinating with clients and vendors, and driving technical decisions within the I&C Team.

Based in Italy with opportunities to work from Fano, Genoa, or Milan, the candidate should have 4–7 years of consultancy experience in I&C for oil & gas or power industries and hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electronic/TLC or Automation and Control Engineering.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of consultancy experience in I&C for oil & gas and power generation.
• Proficient in coordinating within a multi-disciplinary team and with clients.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient English; willingness to travel in Italy and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Execute IC projects from proposal through final reporting, interfacing with clients and vendors.
• Develop instrumentation, control, safety, F&G and telecom systems with specs and data sheets.
• Review design docs, perform Capex and technical bid evaluations, and monitor vendor follow-up.
• Contribute to technical decisional processes within the Division and lead team activities.
