Job summary

Engineering Oil & Gas Company is seeking a Commissioning & Maintenance Instrumentation and Control Technician for an offshore project worldwide (currently Qatar). The role focuses on safe maintenance of I&C systems in compliance with HSE rules and international standards, and executing maintenance tasks within prescribed timeframes to meet department objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of instrumentation and control maintenance experience.
• Experience with offshore platforms and rotating schedules.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Strict adherence to HSE rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of I&C components and systems.
• Identify and diagnose breakdowns or anomalies.
• Replace or repair defective elements and instruments.
• Ensure services comply with current HSE rules.
• Coordinate with other sections to prevent non-productive operations.
