Job summary

Bolton Group in Spain (Toledo area) is seeking a Supply Planner to join our procurement team. You will handle materials planning, supplier management, inventory control, issue management, and cross-department coordination to keep operations running smoothly.

Reporting to the PSO Director, the role requires ERP proficiency, advanced Excel, and strong negotiation and communication skills. This maternity leave cover position offers a hybrid work model and the opportunity to contribute to cost

Qualifications

• Degree (or FP) in Logistics and Transportation, Business Administration and Management, or professional certificates.
• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and inventory control.
• English or other languages for supplier relations.
• Ability to interpret consumption data and lead times.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Focus on cost reduction and margin optimization.

Responsibilities

• Materials Planning: Calculate stock requirements and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
• Supplier Management: Select suppliers, negotiate terms, track orders, and evaluate supplier performance.
• Inventory Control: Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and optimize stock turnover.
• Issue Management: Resolve delays, complaints, returns, and quality issues related to supplies.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with the Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics departments.
