Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Professional for Supply Chain & Quality Management to secure satellite payload equipment across multiple programmes. You will drive supplier performance, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure quality and timely deliveries throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, sector knowledge, and the ability to navigate complex supplier relationships within a multinational aerospace context.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Electronic, Space/Aerospace or similar.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Quality, Project management or Engineering.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High organizational and motivational skills.
• Knowledge of Space Systems, satellite electronics, radar/RF Payload and/or manufacturing of payload equipment is a plus.
• Business fluent in English; fluency in French, German or Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Focal point to suppliers for operational activities and contract management.
• Ensure quality and on-time deliveries by coordinating milestones and deliverables.
• Lead progress meetings, gate reviews, changes, deviations and waivers processes.
• Provide knowledge of industrial/manufacturing needs to development with supplier.
• Assess supplier capacity, capability and performance.
• Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects.
• Support supplier assessments during tendering and selection decisions.
• Uphold Airbus values and ethics in day-to-day supplier relationships.
