The role emphasizes strong Agile coaching, collaboration with IT and business stakeholders, and ownership of delivery excellence. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Scrum/Agile delivery, facilitation experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 3 years in Scrum Framework Agile Delivery and Facilitation
• 3+ years of experience
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and coach cross-functional teams
• Facilitate backlog refinement, planning, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver value
• Identify and resolve impediments and dependencies
• Support continuous delivery and release management
• Promote Agile best practices across projects
