Job summary

Gamma Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager for an IPP in the renewable energy sector with a solid global presence. The candidate will coordinate, supervise, and execute construction projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a high level of English, with opportunities for growth in a multicultural, international environment. Hybrid working arrangements and a permanent contract are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, or related engineering fields is required.
• Master’s degree in Renewable Energies or similar is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or construction of renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure all project phases meet established deadlines.
• Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety, and quality requirements.
• Ensure adherence to all contractual obligations and project documentation.
• Monitor the performance of contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and promptly resolve technical or operational issues.
• Guarantee compliance with local and international safety standards.
• Manage project budgets and monitor economic performance.
• Promote a strong culture of safety and operational excellence.
• Identify project risks and define effective mitigation strategies.
