AEG Power Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate power systems projects and be the main contact for clients, suppliers and internal teams. The role reports to the Vitoria-Gasteiz factory and requires three days on-site weekly in a hybrid setup.

You will manage timelines, budgets and quality, review contracts, and act as the hub for project documentation, FAT planning, and invoicing alignment with the contract scope.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Engineering ideally.
• At least 7 years experience in an international sales- and project management environment.
• PMP Certificate is ideal.
• Basic understanding of commercial/contract law.
• Computer literacy, ideally SAP.
• Fully proficient in English C1.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the coordination of assigned power systems projects, acting as the primary contact for clients, suppliers and internal staff.
• Manage lead times, costs, quality, information and organization across projects.
• Participate in contract review and clarify discrepancies with Sales Manager and Field Application Engineer.
• Serve as single point of contact during execution for customers, suppliers, sales, service and finance.
• Establish and monitor project planning and budget; oversee purchasing or outsourcing of project items.
• Organize kickoff meetings, monitor progress and report results; drive corrective actions and risk management.
