• Education in aeronautical or industrial engineering.
• At least 5 years in manufacturing or engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Autonomy, proactivity and accountability in cross-functional settings.
• Experience with line balancing and composite materials is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize existing processes with cross-functional teams and document procedures.
• Support PPS, SOIs, and line balancing for ramp-up initiatives.
• Implement new manufacturing tools as part of industrialization and CI efforts.
