AVL Iberica is seeking a Calibration Engineer to contribute to the calibration and validation of gasoline hybrid powertrain platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize calibration, manage data through assembly to industrialization, and ensure robust performance across engine, emission, and driveability domains.

You should have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive engineering and 1+ year of calibration experience, with proficiency in ETAS INCA and

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive engineering (minimum requirement).
• 1+ year of calibration experience; hybrid systems preferred.
• Proficiency in ETAS INCA.
• Proficiency in AVL Concerto.
• Proficiency in Vector Canalyzer.
• Proficiency in AVL Creta.
• Proficiency in DDT2000.
• MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent tools.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute calibration activities for powertrain components (focus on gasoline hybrid platforms).
• Support validation, debugging, and development of calibrations with cross-functional teams.
• Manage calibration data across assembly, validation, and industrialization stages.
• Operate and interpret calibration tools to verify system behavior and performance.
• Collaborate with junior and senior engineers to ensure proper development of calibration activities.
