AVL Iberica is seeking a proactive engineer to join the powertrain calibration team in Martorell, Barcelona, Spain. You will develop calibration methodologies, prepare and analyze dyno/bench tests, and perform road tests for validation, reporting progress to the team leader and client.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, an engineering degree (master preferred), and good English; German is a plus. Driving license is required, with a permanent contract and strong career prospects.

• Python & Matlab knowledge desirable.

• Road testing for real driving conditions validation, including tests trips (summer / winter).
• Reporting to the team leader and client during the development of the project.

• High sense of responsibility, goal-orientation and teamwork skills.
• Extra curriculum activities like Formula Student is a plus.
• Python & Matlab knowledge is desirable.
• Driving license is needed
