Job summary

Clarivate Analytics is seeking a Database License Manager to own Oracle and Microsoft licensing across our tech environment. You will monitor usage, contracts, and entitlements, linking licensing data to servers and CMDB records, and producing dashboards for audit readiness.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, and Finance to optimize costs and ensure compliance, reporting to the Director of Database Administration in a hybrid Jerusalem-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, license management, IT operations, infrastructure operations, technology governance, or business process improvement.
• 2+ years of experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Infrastructure, Procurement, Finance, Security).
• 2+ years of experience using Excel and SAM, ITAM, or CMDB tools to reconcile data and produce reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle and Microsoft DB licensing across the organization, monitoring usage, contracts, and entitlements.
• Connect licensing data with servers, databases, and other technology assets; maintain CMDB records.
• Produce reports and dashboards; resolve data and compliance issues with technical and business teams.
• Support licensing audits and improve licensing processes and controls.
