Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Spain seeks an Inside Sales Engineer to identify opportunities in EMEA and LATAM. You will be the primary customer contact, supporting sales and achieving high customer satisfaction, reporting to the Inside Sales Manager for EMEA and LATAM.

This is a full-time hybrid remote/in-office role at the Madrid headquarters in San Sebastián de los Reyes. Responsibilities include preparing quotations and orders in Pega/SAP, coordinating with partners, ensuring on-time

Qualifications

• Degree in sales, engineering, or supply chain.
• 5+ years of experience with sales, ERP (Pega, SAP), contracts, negotiation.
• Spanish and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and process quotations and orders for standard parts and products using Pega and SAP software.
• Manage the quote turnaround time by coordinating with company partners.
• Support customers by meeting deliverable dates, providing accurate communications and 24/7 emergency support.
• Understand customer expectations to ensure department responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Review and act upon weekly operational reports to achieve performance metrics.
• Collaborate with outside sales managers to implement strategic programs and identify growth opportunities based on customer interactions, product knowledge, and sales history.
• Review customer specifications, identify technical and commercial issues, and create pricing.
• Resolve customer delivered deficiencies and support invoice resolution.
• Prepare special reports with observations, trends, customer satisfaction and recommendations to management.
