Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Spain (San Sebastián de los Reyes) seeks a Senior Supplier Performance Engineer to support fabrication of electro-mechanical components at supplier facilities. This is a full-time role located at our HQ with hybrid work model.

You will oversee supplier performance, develop oversight plans, manage issues, and lead development and qualification activities, requiring 30% travel and a strong background in electrical/automation engineering.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Automation Engineering.
• 4+ years in Engineering/Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of machining, welding, forming, molding, assembly, testing, and inspection.
• Familiarity with IPC/IEEE/ASME standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% nationally and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Perform on-site and remote supplier oversight to meet Westinghouse requirements.
• Develop and implement Supplier Oversight Plans for submittals, manufacturing, and tests.
• Identify and escalate supplier issues and drive timely corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and trigger CAPA and supplier improvement.
• Evaluate procurement risk and develop Supply Risk Mitigation Plans.
• Provide regular progress reports to BU Partners and SPE Leadership.
• Lead supplier development, qualification, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Perform technical evaluations of suppliers' capabilities and compliance.
