• Experience in crew coordination, workforce planning, or maritime staffing.
• Knowledge of maritime operations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements; shipping/fishing/offshore experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across cultures.
• Proficiency with scheduling and HR systems, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate vessel crew scheduling, assignments and rotations to align with operations.
• Maintain accurate crew records and manage documentation and certifications.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new crew members.
• Communicate with vessels and shore teams to resolve crew-related issues.
• Assist with travel and logistics; collaborate with operations and HR to support safe and compliant fishing operations.
