Bolsas y Mercados Españoles is seeking an IT Service, Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist to join Exchanges IT in Las Rozas, Madrid. You will support SLA governance, IT controls, audit readiness, and risk management across IT services.

You will collaborate with application owners and technical teams to strengthen operational resilience and ensure regulatory compliance in a regulated financial market environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in IT service management, IT audit, IT controls, or governance roles, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of SLA governance, service reporting, operational risk, and compliance processes.
• Ability to coordinate evidence collection, follow-up actions, and remediation activities with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor SLAs performance across applications and IT services, prepare service reports, and support service reviews.
• Coordinate IT control, audit, and compliance activities, including evidence collection and remediation tracking.
• Work with risk owners and application owners to identify, assess, and document operational and technology risks.
