Job summary

Amadeus in Barcelona seeks a Digital Advertising Performance Analyst to optimize campaigns across major platforms in a multilingual, data-driven role. You will work with strategy teams to translate business goals into effective online campaigns and provide performance reporting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage multiple campaigns, and grow your expertise in paid advertising, Excel reporting, and BI tools in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• Hands-on digital or performance marketing experience.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DV360, etc.).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and insights.
• Power BI and Salesforce familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, activation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across paid platforms.
• Monitor campaigns, produce analytical reports, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Translate business goals into campaigns aligned with objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, balancing launches with ongoing optimizations.
• Collaborate with strategy teams to drive data-driven performance improvements.
