🇫🇷 French-Speaking Lead Generator – Hybrid (Barcelona or Málaga)

Location: Barcelona or Málaga, Spain
Work Model: Hybrid (office & home-based)
Schedule: Full-time, 39h/week — Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven French-speaking Lead Generator to join our dynamic sales team in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, supporting the sales pipeline, and helping the company grow its client base across the French-speaking markets.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, research, and contact potential business leads via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Qualify prospects to ensure alignment with the company’s products and services.
  • Maintain and update leads information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support them in the conversion process.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and events to generate new opportunities.
  • Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls, emails, and qualified leads.
What We’re Looking For
