Job summary

T-Systems Iberia is seeking a senior financial operations professional to drive budgeting, forecasting and year-end steering, interfacing with business units and management. The role covers in-year budget control, forecasting, and preparing management materials in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial controlling, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven ability in mid-term planning and year-end steering.
• Strong financial analysis covering variances, trends and risks/opportunities.
• Experience in management reporting and decision material prep.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Knowledge of IFRS and financial planning processes.
• Experience with T-SP/DT internal tools is a plus.
• German language skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Own in-year budget steering and monitor financial targets.
• Lead forecasting process (short- and mid-term) and refine plans.
• Provide financial evaluation and recommend actions from iPF planning.
• Prepare reports, presentations and management materials.
