Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in consulting, data management, analytics or digital projects.
• Strong technical aptitude with hands-on task capability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Participate in client engagements, translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Support data management, analytics, or digital projects, including data integration, reporting, or analysis.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, documentation, and reports for clients.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and cross-functional teams.
• Engage in problem-solving and provide recommendations for implementation.
• Communicate with clients balancing technical detail with business context.
• Assist in developing proposals or supporting RFP responses.
