Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our game-changing team. The role offers a central location, a hybrid work option after probation, and a 39-hour weekly schedule with full training on our platforms.

You will handle multi-channel inquiries, log details in our call systems, maintain product knowledge, escalate issues, and ensure service levels are met while delivering exceptional customer care.

Formación

• Proficient or bilingual in English.
• Experience in customer service.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
• Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor.
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
