North, a Barcelona-based digital product studio, is seeking a junior Business Development advocate to support in acquiring new clients and crafting tailored proposals. You will join a dynamic team, attend discovery meetings, and help represent North's vision from day one.

Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in Business Administration or Marketing, with strong communication and a proactive mindset, fluent in Spanish and with good English.

Formación

• Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Interest in the commercial area and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support in acquiring new clients: identifying business opportunities and generating leads.
• Participate in discovery meetings with potential clients, helping to understand their needs and representing North's vision from day one.
• Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals, collaborating with the team to craft compelling and tailored pitches.
• Represent North at in-person events, networking opportunities, and industry gatherings — bringing energy and embodying our studio culture.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential clients.
• Manage and update prospect and opportunity databases – HubSpot CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on generated opportunities.
