A leading e-commerce company in Barcelona is looking for a Finance Coordinator to manage the accounts payable department. Responsibilities include maintaining supplier accounts, managing purchase orders through SAP, and ensuring effective communication with suppliers. The ideal candidate has a degree in Finance or related fields and is fluent in English and Spanish. This position offers a hybrid work model with additional benefits including health insurance and flexible office hours.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Manage financial flow of accounts payable.
• Ensure maintenance of supplier accounts and financial treatment of stocks.
• Manage purchase orders in SAP, ensuring verification.
• Reception and posting of invoices.
• Manage payments according to negotiated conditions.
• Communication to brands regarding returns.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
