SIX is building a new team to shape AI-driven software engineering. You will create guardrails for agentic development, including test automation, coverage enforcement, and independent review layers to ensure code quality at scale.

You will own the AI agent harness, define test strategies for AI-driven SDLC, and drive adoption while maintaining fast, safe paths for engineers. Hybrid work and substantial holidays are offered.

Formación

• 6+ years in software engineering with hands-on expertise in test automation.
• Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI architectures and harness design.
• Deep knowledge of test methodology, coverage, mutation testing, and quality gates.

Responsabilidades

• Build test automation as a platform capability across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers.
• Operate the AI agent harness with sandboxing, CI/CD integration, and traceable decision logs.
• Own the independent review layer for AI-generated code and tests within CI/CD.
• Define and evolve the test strategy for an AI-driven SDLC and data handling.
• Treat test automation and guardrails as a product, measuring adoption and trust.
