Job summary

DTCP in Valencia is seeking an AI & Data Engineer to turn agentic AI, automation, and data into practical solutions on DTCP’s platforms. You will support investment and corporate teams by streamlining processes and reducing manual work.

The role covers AI use-case design, AI implementation, data management, and ongoing improvement. This is a hybrid, office-and-home position based in Valencia with strong collaboration across international teams.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in AI implementation, data engineering, automation, or a comparable technical role.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and integrating systems through APIs.
• Understanding of data management, data modelling, and data quality principles.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical topics clearly.
• Structured, reliable, detail-oriented, and analytical working style.

Responsibilities

• AI Use-Case Design: Identify and prioritise AI and automation use cases; translate requirements into workflows and review processes.
• AI Implementation: Configure AI agents on approved platforms and integrate with existing systems.
• Data Management: Set up and maintain the company’s data; develop data models and ensure data quality for reporting and AI apps.
• Quality & Improvement: Test, monitor, and continuously improve AI solutions for reliability.
• Training & Adoption: Train colleagues on AI solutions and support rollout with guidance and documentation.
