WhatJobs Direct is seeking a Mechanical Systems Engineer for aircraft to join our León, Guanajuato team in a hybrid role. You will design, analyze, and integrate mechanical systems such as actuation, landing gear, and environmental control systems, using CATIA/SolidWorks and FEA tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
6+ years in mechanical design and analysis, preferably aerospace.
Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools (CATIA/SolidWorks) and FEA tools (ANSYS/NASTRAN).
Strong understanding of aerospace mechanical systems and materials.
Fluency in Spanish and English; strong communication skills.
Hybrid work capability; on-site León, Guanajuato as required.

Responsibilities

Design and develop aircraft mechanical systems, sub-systems, and components (actuation, landing gear, environmental control).
Perform detailed engineering analysis (stress, thermal, vibration, fatigue) using FEA tools.
Create and maintain CAD models/drawings for parts and assemblies.
Ensure designs meet aerospace standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Collaborate with manufacturing and testing teams for manufacturability and assembly.
