3PBiovian is seeking a Human Resources Technician (Temporary) with a strong generalist profile to support talent acquisition, organizational management and HR administration in a dynamic, international environment.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, develop organizational charts, manage HR data across international locations, and support HR projects and admin processes. A bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience are required, with advanced English (B2-C1) preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or generalist HR roles.
• Experience in international environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, post jobs, screen CVs, interview candidates and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Organizational Management: Develop, maintain and update org charts, structures and job descriptions.
• International People Management: Support HR data accuracy across international locations within HR systems.
• HR Administration: Handle employee documentation, maintain HR databases, prepare reports and support admin HR processes.
• Generalist HR Support: Contribute to HR projects related to org development, talent management, internal comms and employee experience.

Human Resources Technician (Temporary)

? We are looking for a Human Resources Technician with a strong generalist profile to support talent acquisition, organizational management, and HR administration processes in a dynamic and international environment.

Main Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, candidate interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.

• Organizational Management: Develop, maintain, and update organizational charts, organizational structures, and job descriptions.

• International People Management: Support the management of employees across international locations, ensuring the accuracy and quality of HR data within HR systems.

• HR Administration: Manage employee documentation, maintain HR databases, prepare reports, and provide support for administrative HR processes.

• Generalist HR Support: Participate in HR projects and initiatives related to organizational development, talent management, internal communication, and employee experience.

Assessment Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or generalist Human Resources roles.

• Previous experience in international environments will be considered an asset.

• Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1).
