We’re looking for a
hands‑on Human Resources & Office Operations Manager
to join our growing team.
You’ll be part of the
Finance team , reporting directly to the
CFO , who will provide overall guidance and priorities. Your mission will be to make sure our HR processes run smoothly across multiple countries and entities, while helping to build a great place to work.
You’ll also support the team with
general administration
and
occasional office management
tasks, keeping things organized and running efficiently.
Lead the full hiring process, from defining roles and interviewing candidates to welcoming new team members and helping them settle in.
Keep employee records and contracts up to date, and ensure all HR data is well organized and confidential.
Work with external payroll consultants to ensure everyone is paid accurately and on time across different countries.
Make sure our working conditions, policies, and contracts meet local labor laws and company standards.
Act as a neutral and approachable point of contact for employees and managers when challenges arise; help mediate and resolve conflicts fairly.
Plan activities that strengthen team connection, collaboration, and company culture.
Help with general administrative work and ensure the office (physical or virtual) runs smoothly day to day.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR or people operations, ideally in an international SME or multi-country setup.
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Organized and detail-oriented, but flexible enough to handle many moving parts.
Fluent in English and Spanish; other European languages are a plus.
