We are looking for an experienced HR Lead to shape our people strategy and oversee all aspects of Talent Acquisition and HR operations. This is a pivotal role as we scale toward 2026, managing a team of 4: 2 Talent Acquisition Specialists, 1 HR Manager, and 1 HR Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the HR & TA team, fostering a high-performance culture
• Define and execute recruitment strategy, optimize hiring funnels, and lead senior/strategic hires
• Oversee full employee lifecycle, HR compliance, and HRIS enhancements
• Implement performance frameworks, career development, and learning programs
• Drive engagement, strengthen employer branding, and champion company culture
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required

• 6–10 years in HR, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience scaling HR in fast-growing tech, startup, or scale-up environments
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and EU compliance
• Expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HRIS systems, and data-driven reporting
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution, excellent stakeholder management, and coaching skills
• Fluent in English & Spanish (C1+)
