Airbus Group in Getafe is seeking a procurement professional to lead sourcing and contract activities, aligning with the Purchasing Team to optimize value and minimize total cost of ownership.

You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contract terms, and monitor performance across the product lifecycle in a complex aerospace environment. The role offers a hybrid working model where possible, with life and health insurance and stock options.

Formación

• Proven track record in procurement, contract management, or strategic sourcing.
• Experience with supplier relationships, tender processes, and lifecycle management.
• Strong negotiation capability and business sense in a networking environment.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to sourcing activities, manage tender processes, and negotiate contract terms.
• Monitor contract compliance and supplier performance across all lifecycle phases (logistics, quality, cost, and support).
• Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and oversee active projects to maximize customer value while mitigating risks.
• Participate as a core member of Multifunctional and Multidivisional teams throughout tendering, contracting, and lifecycle management.

In this role you will lead sourcing and contract activities within Airbus Operations Getafe, aligning procurement strategy with the Purchasing Team to optimize value and minimize total cost of ownership. You will manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations across the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance and risk control. You will work in cross-functional, multi-divisional teams to drive lifecycle management and maximize customer value. This is an opportunity to shape procurement strategy in a complex aerospace environment and contribute to sustainable growth.

• Participate as a core member of Multifunctional and Multidivisional teams throughout tendering, contracting, and lifecycle management.
• Proven track record in procurement, contract management, or strategic sourcing.
• Strong negotiation capability and business acumen; high adaptability in a networking environment.
• Advanced level in English.
• In-depth understanding of contract law, supplier management methodologies, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) principles.
• Experience in aerospace or complex industrial procurement environments is highly valued.
