Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities in Germany. The role combines statistical programming with data analysis, targeting Module 4 and clinical trial data interpretation.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science, plus HTA/HEOR experience and CDISC SDTM/ADaM familiarity. This is a hybrid, full-time position based in Spain.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistics.
• Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.
• Knowledge of German AMNOG, IQWiG or G-BA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA team.
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of outputs.
• Monitor IQWiG, G-BA methods and HTA developments.
