Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German proficiency to join our Spain-based team in a remote/hybrid capacity. The role focuses on statistical programming for health technology assessment (AMNOG) and market access, ideal for biostatisticians or data scientists with a passion for translating clinical data into reimbursement decisions.

Key duties include developing analyses for Module 4, applying statistical methods, and supporting automation of workflows.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Initial HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or Market Access experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM.
• Knowledge of the German AMNOG process is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop statistical analyses for German AMNOG modules, especially Module 4.
• Analyze efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups in clinical trial data.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure quality and clarity of generated outputs.
• Monitor developments from IQWiG, G-BA, and HTA bodies.
