Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German language skills to support health technology assessment and market access activities in Europe. Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM data.
• Knowledge of German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G-BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers with programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Perform scientific assessment and analysis of clinical trial data, including efficacy and safety endpoints.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and support interpretation of outputs.
• Contribute to automation and standardization of analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of generated outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, GBA, and HTA bodies.
