Job summary
IQVIA is seeking a highly skilled HTA Programmer to support German AMNOG dossiers and market access activities from a Spain-based hybrid setup. The role emphasizes statistical programming (SAS & R) and data-driven decision support for health technology assessment.

Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
- Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or in clinical development.
- Knowledge of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
- Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM data standards.
- Understanding of German AMNOG, IQWiG or G-BA procedures is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop German AMNOG dossiers with a focus on SAS/R analyses.
- Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
- Conduct meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
- Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
- Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, and Medical Affairs teams.
- Ensure quality and clarity of generated outputs.
- Monitor HTA methodologies from IQWiG, G-BA, and other bodies.
