Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German skills to support health technology assessment and market access activities in Germany, based in Spain with hybrid/remote options. The role emphasizes statistical programming and data analysis for AMNOG dossiers.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in biostatistics or data science, with experience in HTA/Market Access and CS(D)ISC standards, plus fluent German and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.
• Familiarity with German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency, consistency, and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of generated outcomes.
• Monitor and interpret methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA, and relevant HTA bodies.
