Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access in a remote/hybrid setup based in Spain. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists with a strong focus on statistical programming for German AMNOG dossiers.

You will contribute to MT4 analyses, clinical study data interpretation, and workflow automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Market Access and EU-HTA. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics/data science or related field.
• Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research).
• Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM and clinical study data.
• Understanding of German AMNOG processes and IQWiG/G-BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with statistical analysis programming.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for consistency.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure high-quality, clear, and reproducible outcomes.
• Monitor developments from IQWiG, G‑BA, and HTA bodies.
