Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an HTA Programmer to support German AMNOG dossiers through statistical programming and data analysis. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists with expertise in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, and market access, driving automation of analyses.

The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and EU HTA teams, ensuring robust, audit-ready outputs in German and English. Remote/hybrid SPain-based role with German-English fluency.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry/consultancy/research) preferred.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with clinical study data and industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).
Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming of analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA).
Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
Monitor IQWiG, G‑BA methodologies and developments.
