Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German for Spain-based remote/hybrid work. The role focuses on statistical programming for health technology assessment and market access in Germany, ideally suited for biostatisticians or data scientists with strong evidence-to-reimbursement experience.

The candidate should have advanced SAS programming, experience in HTA/AMNOG, and fluency in German and English. Collaboration with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).
• Familiarity with German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers with a focus on programming analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of outputs.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA, and HTA bodies.
