IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German, based in Spain with remote/hybrid options. The role focuses on statistical programming to support AMNOG dossiers and HEOR/Market Access activities for Germany.

Ideal candidates hold a Masters or PhD in biostatistics or data science, with HTA/AMNOG knowledge and strong SAS programming skills. German and English fluency is required and essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Experience in HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or Market Access and/or clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints and statistics.
• Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets.
• German AMNOG IQWiG/G-BA knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, with focus on programming analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA).
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of outputs.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA, and HTA bodies.
