Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities in Germany. The role focuses on statistical programming for AMNOG modules and data analyses, with collaboration across Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU HTA teams.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science, strong SAS programming experience (>2 years), and knowledge of CDISC SDTM/ADaM. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Experience in HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or Market Access and/or clinical development.
• Understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistics.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC standards.
• Knowledge of German AMNOG, IQWiG, or G-BA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers with focus on analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU HTA teams.
• Ensure quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
• Monitor IQWiG, G-BA methodologies and HTA developments.
