Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities in Germany. Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or in clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.
• Familiarity with German AMNOG, IQWiG, or G‑BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA).
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G‑BA and relevant HTA bodies.
