Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an HTA Programmer (Analyst/Consultant) to support German AMNOG dossiers with a strong emphasis on SAS and R programming, statistical analyses, and market access workflows. The role is Spain-based with remote/hybrid arrangements and requires fluency in German and English.

The ideal candidate is a biostatistician or data scientist with hands-on experience in HTA, AMNOG, and CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets, plus a solid background in clinical study design and regulatory methods.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute preferred).
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.
• Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G-BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Perform scientific assessment and analysis of clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, and subgroup analyses.
• Conduct meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
• Contribute to automation and standardization of analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of generated outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA, and HTA bodies.
