Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German for a Spain-based role (remote/hybrid) to support health technology assessment and market access activities in Germany. The role focuses on statistical programming and analysis of clinical data.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science, with HTA/AMNOG experience and fluency in German and English. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access is preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with German AMNOG, IQWiG, or G-BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with programming of analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA, and HTA bodies.
