Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an HTA Programmer (Analyst/Consultant) to support health technology assessment (AMNOG) and market access activities in Germany. The role emphasizes statistical programming and data analysis, with collaboration across Market Access and HEOR teams. Fluency in German and English is required.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science, with experience in SAS programming (>2 years) and CDISC SDTM/ADaM. This Spain-based role allows remote/hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with German AMNOG process and IQWiG/G‑BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with a focus on statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG and HTA bodies.
