Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced HTA-focused programmer to support German AMNOG dossiers and health technology assessment activities. The role emphasizes statistical programming in SAS (and R as an advantage) with a strong data science background.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or a related field, has HTA/AMNOG exposure, and is fluent in German and English. This Spain-based, remote/hybrid position involves cross-functional collaboration and adherence to regulatory

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute) and/or in clinical development.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with clinical study data and industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).
Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G-BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, and endpoints.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU HTA teams.
Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
Monitor developments from IQWiG, G-BA and relevant HTA bodies.
