Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Programmer (SAS & R) with German language skills to support health technology assessment activities in Germany from Spain. This is a remote/hybrid Spain-based position. The candidate should have a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science, experience in HTA/Market Access, and proficiency in SAS; R is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute).
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.
• Knowledge of German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G-BA procedures is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA).
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA, and HTA bodies.
