APM Terminals is seeking a technically proficient HSSQE Advisor to provide expert guidance across site operations, ensuring compliance with standards, policies and legislation. You will work with contractors and stakeholders to strengthen safety performance and contribute to a global terminal culture focused on continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or related discipline.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
• Membership or progression toward IOSH, CIWEM, IEMA, or CIWM.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HSSQE guidance and technical advice to operational teams, ensuring standards, policies, and procedures are understood and applied.
• Identify high-risk activities and support prioritization and implementation of risk mitigation actions.
• Participate in incident investigations and follow up on corrective actions to ensure effective risk controls.
• Support assurance activities to verify compliance with legal requirements, business standards, and site HSSQE expectations.
• Collaborate across functions to strengthen risk management programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the development and delivery of HSE training, coaching, audits, inspections, and performance monitoring activities.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote safe, compliant, and sustainable operations.
