Job summary

Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions Iberica S.L.U. is seeking an HSEQ Intern to assist in risk prevention, safety and environmental management at our Parets del Vallès site.

You will support PRL processes, incident investigations, and document control while gaining exposure to ISO standards and continuous improvement projects. The role offers on-site work with opportunities for development, international exposure, and access to training programs as part of our flexible work models and

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Safety and Industrial Hygiene or similar studies.
• Intermediate level of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, and data analysis).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Copilot).
• Interest in Quality, Safety, Health and Environment management systems.
• Organizational and document management skills, with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset, proactivity and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills, ability to work in an industrial environment and motivation for safety, quality and sustainability.
• Medium English level.

Responsibilities

• Support in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) management and risk assessment tracking.
• Assist in analysis and reporting of Safety and Health indicators; participate in investigations.
• Support coordination of corporate activities (CAE) and contractor document management.
• Participate in drills planning and follow-up of emergency action plans.
• Support the Quality Management System by documenting procedures and work instructions.
• Assist in tracking corrective and preventive actions, customer complaints, and internal/external audits.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, root cause analysis and reducing process incidents.
• Support plant environmental management by tracking indicators, consumption, waste and ISO 14001 documentation.

HSEQ Intern (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Dar soporte en la gestión de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) y el seguimiento de avaluaciones de riesgo.
• Colaborar en el análisis y reporte de indicadores de Seguridad y Salud, participando en investigaciones de accidentes e incidentes.
• Apoyar la coordinación de actividades empresariales (CAE) y la gestión documental de contratistas.
• Participar en la planificación de simulacros y en el seguimiento de acciones derivadas de planes de emergencia.
• Dar soporte al Sistema de Gestión de Calidad mediante el control documental de procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo.
• Colaborar en el seguimiento de acciones correctivas y preventivas, reclamaciones de clientes y auditorías internas y externas.
• Participar en proyectos de mejora continua, análisis de causa raíz y reducción de incidencias en los procesos.
• Apoyar la gestión ambiental de la planta mediante el seguimiento de indicadores, consumos, residuos y documentación asociada a la norma ISO 14001.
  

Qualifications

• Estudiante de Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería de Organización Industrial, Ciencias Ambientales, Prevención y Seguridad Integral o estudios similares.
• Nivel intermedio de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, gráficos y análisis de datos).
• Conocimientos de herramientas Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive y Copilot).
• Interés por los sistemas de gestión de Calidad, Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente.
• Capacidad de organización y gestión documental, con atención al detalle.
• Mentalidad analítica, proactividad y habilidades para la resolución de problemas.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación, capacidad para trabajar en entorno industrial y motivación por la seguridad, la calidad y la sostenibilidad.
• Inglés nivel medio.
