Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Ltd is seeking an Advanced Health & Safety - Quality & Environment Specialist in Sevilla. The role is full-time and on-site, offering strong opportunities for career growth within a data-driven HSEQ environment.

The candidate will monitor compliance with national HSEQ regulations, coordinate training and drills, develop procedures, and drive safety programs across our assets.

Formación

• 3–6 years of HS-related experience (corporate or project-based).
• Knowledge of HS standards, risk identification, training, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience in Power BI or similar tools.
• English level C1.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor compliance with national HSEQ regulations across entities.
• Coordinate and document H&S training, emergency drills, and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare and update H&S procedures and support annual plans and programs.
• Implement corporate safety programs across assets.
• Conduct internal audits at assets and construction projects in the geographies where we operate.
• Collect, analyze, and report HSE indicators and compliance data; manage dashboards.
• Participate in audits and inspections and support corrective actions.
• Assist in the development of improvement initiatives and best practices.
