ABB is seeking an HSE professional to drive Health, Safety and Environment improvements within a defined area. You will report to the Service Manager and help implement risk controls, investigate incidents, and promote safer practices throughout the value chain.

The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and applying HSE expertise in industrial or construction settings. Hybrid work model and Spain-based responsibilities support a balanced, impactful career.

Formación

• University degree in Risk Prevention (Spanish degree) is mandatory.
• +3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in Health, Safety and Environment projects in industrial or construction markets is valuable.
• Strong organizational skills in documentation management and a proactive interest in improving processes.
• Fluent level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Improve HSE performance in the assigned area.
• Support risk management through HSE excellence along the ABB value chain.
• Report HSE incidents to management and relevant stakeholders and take actions.
• Facilitate incident investigations and share lessons learned to mitigate risks.
• Drive behavioral change through local implementation of group-wide and business-specific programs.
