Job summary

Nadara is seeking an HSE Intern in Madrid to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSQE systems across Nadara’s sites. You will gain hands-on experience in environmental management, safety compliance, and sustainability initiatives while contributing to operational excellence.

Reporting to the HSQE Manager, you will assist in policies, procedures, training, audits, and data analysis, while developing cross-functional collaboration and practical skills in a

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 Management Systems.
• English language proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and implementing HSE policies, procedures, objectives, and KPIs.
• Maintain and improve environmental procedures, ensuring ISO 14001 compliance.
• Support the design and delivery of HSE training programs and campaigns.
• Monitor contractor activities for HSE compliance and assist audits.
